Genesis

Nestled among the green-rural surroundings of village Jigani, Kendriya Vidyalaya Morena came into existence in 1995 upto class V with two sections in each standard as a civil sector school in Gwalior Region. Senior Secondary Level classes started in 1999. Presently the School is running upto XII standard with Science and Commerce Stream.
Originally Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan was mandated to cater to the educational needs of the wards of transferable Central Govt. Employees including Military and Para-military forces yet the children of all categories can apply for admission including State Govt. and Private Sectors. Kendriya Vidyalaya Morena excels in all fields and fulfills all the parameters of education. K.V. Morena is setting new milestones year after year in the field of quality education.
